Safe start is our program designed for college bound teens. This program will enhance their situational awareness and build a foundation of self-defense skills. Topics of discussion: help build life skills, date rape, college life, smarts about partying, campus life, self-confidence, and threat assessment.

This is a 16 hour program broken out into 4-weeks. This course is also offered in an accelerated two day program, contact us for more details.
